The Economic and Creative Advantages of Neurodiversity
Supporting neurodivergent employees isn’t just about inclusion it’s also about unlocking hidden potential. Studies and pioneering companies have shown that autistic individuals, as well as those with other neurodivergent conditions like ADHD and dyslexia, bring unique strengths to the workplace. Many neurodivergent people excel in areas like pattern recognition, memory, and focus skills that are highly valued across industries, particularly in tech and data analysis. These talents can significantly boost productivity and foster innovation.
Economic Advantages
- Higher productivity and quality improvements.
- Reduced errors through strong attention to detail.
- Measurable gains in innovation and engagement.
Creative Advantages
- Pattern recognition and systems thinking.
- Exceptional focus and memory on complex tasks.
- Fresh perspectives that spark new solutions.
Insight: Leading employer programs have found that neurodiverse teams can deliver significant gains in quality, innovation, and engagement when processes are inclusive and supports are practical.”

Strong Path - CPD Accredited Course
Coaching Autistic Clients
This is a partnership between AT-Autism and Strong Path CIC.
Our mission is to improve access to, and enjoyment of physical activity for all autistic people, in support of their wellbeing. This means working with sports and fitness professionals to identify and remove barriers, and provide appropriate, individual support to autistic people in these settings.
The course is approved and endorsed by THE CHARTERED INSTITUTE FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF SPORT AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY (CIMSPA).
This 2-day, face-to-face, fully CPD-accredited course (10 CPD points) promotes inclusive practice across all sports through a better understanding and acceptance of autistic differences, reflecting on current practices and how to provide appropriate support to meet individual needs, and applying learning to different settings.
In endorsing the course, CIMSPA said:
“This is an exceptionally well-designed and current course that demonstrates clear alignment
to sector
